1. Who we are

This website (Depoodeal) is operated by GAB LIMITED, a private company registered in Hong Kong ("we", "us"). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We sell products made by third-party manufacturers. We describe them as accurately as we can, using the manufacturer's specifications. Colors on screen and small details may vary slightly between production batches. Product photos are for illustration.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship it. If a price or listing is clearly wrong, or an item is out of stock, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Using electrical pet products safely

Some products, such as heated pads, plug into mains power. Follow the included instructions, use a grounded outdoor-rated (GFCI) outlet outdoors, keep plugs and connections dry, inspect cords regularly and stop using a product if it is damaged.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any statutory consumer rights you have.

8. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
