Which payment methods can I use?
All payments are processed securely at checkout by Shopify Payments. We accept:
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay
- Apple Pay on supported Apple devices and browsers
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay, which saves your details for faster checkout
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted (HTTPS) and handled by Shopify, which is certified PCI DSS compliant. Your card details go directly to the payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is taken when you place your order. If we have to cancel an order (for example, if an item is out of stock), we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
What if my payment failed?
A payment can fail if card details or the billing address don't match, if your bank declines the transaction, or if the card has reached its limit. Please check your details and try again, or try another payment method. If it still doesn't work, contact us with the subject "Failed payment" and we'll help.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once your order is placed, we email you an order confirmation with your order number. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or contact us.
