Track your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your package with the carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS).
- Order status page: open the link in your order confirmation email to see your order's status at any time.
- Your account: if you checked out with an account, sign in at My account to see your orders and tracking.
When will my order ship?
Orders leave our partner warehouse within 1–3 business days. Items from our U.S. warehouse usually arrive 3–7 business days after shipping; items from our overseas warehouse usually arrive 7–12 business days after ordering. Each product page shows which applies.
Tracking hasn't updated?
Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created. If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, or the package shows as delivered but you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier.
