Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after your item is delivered to request a return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. If we need the item back, we'll send you a prepaid return label. You can choose a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

Returns if you change your mind

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all parts, along with your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Contact us first through our Contact page. If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be matched to an order.
  • Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Many of our products are bulky, so return shipping can cost more than a small parcel.
  • There is no restocking fee.

Exceptions

Items that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned with missing parts can't be accepted as change-of-mind returns. This does not affect returns for damaged, defective or wrong items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order. For a replacement of a damaged or defective item, just contact us.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it has shipped, please use the return process above.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank or card issuer usually takes 5–10 business days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
