Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak seasons.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you have not received it within 4 business days, contact us at support@depoodeal.com.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always try to help.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos (for damage) and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
